The Barn Studio is a private creative studio set in the woodlands near Chipstead and Banstead, Surrey. It is designed primarily for personal use and selected private projects, providing a calm and inspiring environment for recording, live & video sessions, composition, and creative work.
Built with exceptional acoustics and full soundproofing, the studio offers a focused and tranquil working space. It comprises a control room and a spacious live room, with provision for an isolation room to support a range of recording setups.
Surrounded by ancient Surrey woodland, the studio has a quiet, retreat-like atmosphere that supports concentration and creative focus. Access is by prior arrangement only, with discreet on-site parking and straightforward access to local amenities.
The studio is occasionally available for private use by arrangement.
CONTROL ROOM

LIVE ROOM
The live room spans 6.5m x 5.5m (around 35.75m² or 385 square feet) and features a beautiful all-wood, arched Dutch-style barn interior.
